Simple Truth: Sweet Potato Chips

I tried these amazing chips last night and cannot believe I didn't try them sooner. They are soooo yummy! My little boy loved them too. I loved the hint of sweetness along with the light salt flavor. I also found it interesting that they were thicker than traditional potato chips. However, they were still crunchy and did not feel/taste greasy at all. I will definitely try the veggie option too and will be buying these in the future!
