For a few weeks now, I have been trying the BB Cream by Garnier. This is an oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen. The SPF is 20.
I can't really say that I'm overly impressed with the color. I have the Medium/Deep and it is too dark for my skin at this point. However, after a couple trips to the beach and playing in the pool, it will probably be closer to the appropriate color for me. As it is now, I really need to mix it with a lighter shade to get the color I should be wearing. Right now it is painfully obvious that it is too dark. I can typically get away with it if I'm wearing a higher cut top and long sleeves. Provided, of course, that I also apply it to my neck, which isn't a problem.
Luckily it isn't a heavy product so I don't really mind having it on my face and neck all the time. However, I also noticed that you are suppose to reapply every few hours. I'm not sure how great of an idea this is considering that it is a colored product. I would imagine that the color would become darker and darker with each application. At some point, no matter how perfect the color is to begin with, it is going to become way to dark.
As you know, if you have been reading my blog, I'm a bzzagent. As such, I am able to get these super cool products to try for either free or at a drastically reduced price. In return, I test out the product as I would normally use it and report my findings and opinions in a completely unbiased way.
