Once again I have had another Amazon screw up. Only a part of my order was in the package. While I will admit that Amazon is good about issuing a credit for the missing items, they don't really seem overly concerned about them or about investigating the issues at the warehouse. I would much rather they replace the items than issue the credit.
Sadly, I'm really starting to lose faith in Amazon for ordering items. As a Prime member who has her renewal coming up next month, I'm really going to have to decide if it is worth keeping. I'm going to seriously sit down and look at the various features that I use or might use to see if it is worth it. Two free day shipping was the primary reason that I purchased the Prime membership but if the items aren't being delivered that is a huge factor in my decision to keep the membership.
