After years of cheerleading and dog training, particularly large dogs, my elbows are rather sore and have some arthritis in them. As the temperature is getting cooler, I'm realizing that I need something to provide some addition protection from the cold, and also provide additional support to alleviate some of the discomfort and the fear of it giving out. So far, one elbow is definitely worse than the other, which makes sense since I tend to walk the dogs with one side more than the other.
This brace has been amazing. It is super comfortable. It is also tight enough to provide support but not so tight that circulation is cut off. I almost don't even realize that I'm wearing it most of the time, other than from the lack of discomfort and no longer fearing it is going to give out when I do something.
