As part of my son's homeschool, we are working on fire safety and evacuating. I decided it would be fun to get some special tape that would make it easier for him to follow if he had to leave in a hurry. I ordered this tape and he absolutely loved the idea. He said that because the exits are now clearly marked, he has less fear of not being able to get to one if something were to happen.
Now, I'm sure that some people will find it strange that I have this in various places in my house but that is okay. As long as my son is happy and comfortable, that is all that I'm worried about. It makes him feel more secure and also makes me more comfortable and confident that he will be able to get out in a hurry if he should ever need to do so.
